Jason Momoa has been cast as the newest villain in Fast & Furious 10. Details about the plot have not been announced but Justin Lin is returning to direct the film. Justin Lin directed F9: The Fast Saga which was released in 2021. The film is currently set to release on May 19, 2023.
Momoa joins Fast & Furious regulars Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Ludacris, Tyrese Gibson, Sung Kang, and Charlize Theron as part of the cast. According to director Justin Lin, Fast 10 will be the second to last film in the franchise.
The film has been in the news recently with the recent spat between Vin Diesel and Dwayne Johnson. Diesel said on social media that he wanted Johnson back in the franchise. Johnson responded to Diesel's request by saying he won't be back in the franchise. Since Diesel couldn't get Dwayne Johnson, he decided to get another Hollywood star to be in his film.
The film is set to release on May 19, 2023. It stars: Vin Diesel, Jason Momoa, Michelle Rodriguez, Ludacris, Tyrese Gibson, Sung Kang, and Charlize Theron.
