Tobey Maguire is back in Hollywood. The Hollywood Reporter is reporting Tobey Maguire is joining the cast of Damien Chazelle’s Babylon. The former Spider Man actor has been out of the limelight for the last seven years. His last acting performance was in Pawn Sacrifice, the story of the American chess legend Bobby Fischer. Maguire has been producing movies instead of acting in movies lately. His credentials include: Nobody, The Violent Heart, and The Best of Enemies just to name a few. The real question is will this be Maguire's only movie that he will be in this year? Maguire is heavily rumored to be in Spider-Man: No Way Home with fellow Spider Man Andrew Garfield and Tom Holland. Fans are anticipating Maguire's role and to see three Spider Man would be awesome. But for now at least Tobey Maguire fanatics will get to see him on screen again.

Babylon is written and directed by Damien Chazelle. The cast includes: Brad Pitt, Margot Robbie, Tobey Maguire, Olivia Wilde, Samara Weaving, and Spike Jonze. Babylon is about the time period of the 1920's where Hollywood was transitioning from silent films to talking films.
